Chama Circle Terms & Conditions

These Chama Circle Terms & Conditions apply to Chama Circle customers. - **Chama** means a registered or informal savings group using Chama Circle. - **Member** means an individual participating in a Chama. - **Contribution** means member deposits and related savings activity. - **Loan** means credit facilities recorded in Chama Circle. - **Welfare** means welfare or emergency support features where enabled. - **Ballot** means ballot or rotational allocation processes where enabled. - **Beneficiary** means a designated beneficiary for relevant records. - **Establishment** means an organization managing one or more Chamas.

Members must not attempt to access another member's loans, ballots, beneficiaries, or emergency records without authorization. Agents and administrators must act within assigned roles.

Chama Circle may process contributions, loans, welfare, ballots, beneficiaries, meetings, and governance records according to the Chama's configuration and applicable product features.

Where Chama Circle is provided under a subscription, fees, taxes, and payment instructions follow the Pricing Engine, invoices, and configured payment methods. Payment account numbers are not fixed in these Terms.

Member and Chama data are handled under the Swift Axis Privacy Policy and Chama Circle configuration. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace privacy consent requirements.

By accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees to the active Chama Circle Terms version presented at acceptance.
