SwiftVerify Commercial Terms & Conditions

These SwiftVerify Commercial Terms & Conditions apply to SwiftVerify commercial-request and negotiated engagements. They are not a public Starter/Growth/Premium subscription contract.

SwiftVerify customers typically submit a commercial request, negotiate terms with Swift Axis, and proceed to quote, invoice, payment, and provisioning only after negotiated commercial terms are approved.

Implementation fees, licence fees, usage fees, support, discounts, and related commercial components are defined in the approved negotiated commercial snapshot or commercial agreement for the Customer. Public POS-style plan cards do not apply unless expressly configured.

Payment follows issued invoices and configured payment methods. Applicable taxes follow TaxService configuration and invoice line items. Payment account details and tax rates are not hardcoded in these Terms.

Provisioning of SwiftVerify tenants and entitlements occurs after commercial approval and payment verification according to the Customer's commercial workflow.

Customer and verification-related data are handled under the applicable Swift Axis Privacy Policy and commercial agreement.

By accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees to the active SwiftVerify commercial Terms version presented during onboarding or commercial acceptance.
